Conveyor Belts
Macbelt PVC Conveyor Belts is a conveyor belt in a process of conveying for food and pharmaceutical and all general conveying and processing applications from light duties to heavy duties. There are multiple fabrics coated with PVC, rubber, and so on. The general applications of these types are available and resistant to water, oil, fat, and chemical solvents, high resistance to flex fatigue, high resistance to impact, excellent wear resistance and durability, easy to clean surfaces, and other specifications.
PVC is a highly versatile thermoplastic so has contributed to the very wide range of applications possible with Macbelt PVC Conveyor Belts. We have 48 standard types of conveyor belts in our ex-stock range and 120 customized types with many more on a special or Full Roll basis. The ex-stock range comprises a variety of smooth and grip top surfaces combined with several fabric grades resulting in a range of belt thickness. A specialist range of Flame Retardant (self-extinguishing) belts made to the ISO 340 standard are included for applications where fire is a particular risk.
Belt Structure: These products are based upon 3 specially engineered polyester fabrics using combinations of monofilament and multifilament yarns with warp threads alternatively, Z and S twisted, ensuring excellent physical qualities such as lateral stability and trackability, combined with low stretch. Our product range is made up of 2, 3 and 4 ply constructions with solid color PVC interplies and a range of top surface coating thickness and colors. Coloured product types feature a dry or uncoated underside to reduce slide-bed friction. Special constructions are available for troughing and corner bend applications. Additionally, low noise fabrics are a feature of many of our coloured PVC range. All white belt types have sealed undersides and are made from FDA approved materials. Macbelt PVC Conveyor Belts are resistant to water, oil, fat, and many chemicals and solvents.
Belt Jointing: The belts can be made endless with several joint types, selection being dependent upon the application and user’s preference. Our available joint types are Finger Overlap Finger, Finger, Stepped Overlap. and Mechanical fasteners are an alternative, and a wide range is available to suit the belt application requirements.

Conveyor Belts
Macbelt PU Conveyor Belts has been developed to meet the most stringent demands of the food and pharmaceutical industries, for lightweight, hygienic and long-life belts. The base fabrics are 100 percent polyester, with combinations of spun, multi-, and mono-filament yarns. The polyurethane coating is thermoplastic and has FDA and USDA approval for handling unwrapped foodstuffs. Macbelt PU Conveyor Belts also comply with UK and EEC (90/128) legislation concerning “Plastics in Contact with Food”.
Belt Features: Wearability of the PU coated belts, a combination of durable polyester fabric and high-grade polyurethane coating, gives high resistance to flex fatigue even on knife edge transfers; it also ensures no surface cracking or crazing. It has a greater resistance than PVC to a large range of chemicals, particularly animal and vegetable oil.
Flexibility of the belts is manufactured to negotiate knife edges as small as 3 mm diameter. Joinability of the PU coating is thermoplastic and can be easily fused in a heated press, in a short time and without adhesives. All Macbelt PU Belts types have finger-joint capability. Suitability of the belt surfaces has very good hold but no tack. They give a clean release at delivery point. They can be cleaned easily and repeatedly without deterioration. The top surfaces are available gloss, matt and embossed.

Macbelt DR3 Hygienic Belts
Macbelt DR3 Hygienic Belt is monolithic belts and homogeneous belts. Macbelt DR3 Hygienic Belt is no-fray-edge conveyor belts used all life time that are very strong as monolithic. It may be better than traditional homogeneous solid thermoplastic and both ways we can make positive drive belting. Both designs are available Full Drive and Center Drive.
Macbelt DR3 Hygienic Belt is meant for Deep Reinforced 3 mm or Diameter 3 mm of both edges to solve the belt problem such as weak elongation problem and elongation as wave on the top until running not flat smooth because of the physical problem of traditional homogeneous belts. In order to enhance the service life, level of protection, and safety of our Macbelt DR3 Hygienic Belt, we provide these belts with no-fray edges. This results in a belt becoming hermetic to all external attacks. The fabric carcass is completely coated with TPU which ensures that no contamination or liquid penetration occurs. The Macbelt DR3 Hygienic Belt is therefore protected against all bacteriological or other micro-organism attacks. The TPU belt edges have 100 percent protection against all contamination with TPU inert and non-porous so that Macbelt DR3 is 100 percent suitable for immediate food contact by its Positive rounded pattern, EC and FDA compliance, making 100 percent protection against grease, liquids and any contaminants.

Macbelt DR3 Hygienic Belt construction with no-fray edge of the belt and with fully molded teeth decreases bacteria contamination, and its easy-to-clean construction reduces water consumption by up to 70 percent; even more, DR3 has excellent resistance to oil and greases and excellent cut and abrasion resistance. Deep tooth design eliminates slippage and provides optimum sprocket engagement for maximum drive. Zero tension belt system reduces stress on conveyor components such as bearings and shafts, and increases belt life. Easy-to-make thermo joints are as strong as the original belt, and very strong splice or butt splice minimizes downtime. Durable sprockets are available in multiple sizes and easy for replacement from modular belts to Macbelt DR3 Hygienic Belts.
